The Institute's leadership serves the community according to the example of Jesus who washed the feet of his disciples. The mission of authority is to maintain unity among the members, to encourage them to live the Gospel and to commit themselves with enthusiasm to the Church and to the world of today. The service of authority in the Congregation is organised on three levels: general, provincial and local.
The unity of spirit and heart is nourished by communication, gatherings and sharing on all levels.
