A word from Mother Bruyère
September 22, 1845
We have five postulants in the novitiate and a sixth one in a few days. There are five patients in the hospital. That is beside an invalid and a two-year-old foundling. The school is going well. We are presently lodged in tight quarters, but in a few weeks, we will have a more spacious and convenient home that our good Father Telmon had built for us while waiting for us to have our Hospital.
