On Our Journey

A word from Mother Bruyère

If you could only see how entangled I am, you would quickly come to my help.  I seem to be spoiling everything here.  There is need of a much more able hand to manage the affairs of Bytown, and this is lacking for me;  it is true that our Father is of great help, I do nothing without his advice, in what is under his authority, but there is so much where I would need a mother’s advice.  If you do not want me to forever tarnish the name of the Grey Nuns, it would be good that you come in haste to put things in order here.Mother Bruyère writing
