Elisabeth Bruyère

In leaving Montreal to settle in Bytown, the Sisters’ new community needed its own Rule.  Bishop Guigues entrusted this task to Fr. Aubert, instructing him to draw up the Rule in collaboration with the Sisters.  The Rule was completed on August 18, 1856.
