Elisabeth Bruyère

The Rule of the General Hospital of Montreal was being observed by the Sisters of Charity of Bytown, but certain changes needed to be brought, in particular, the education of young girls.  Mother Bruyère lost no time in sharing this with Mother McMullen, the Superior in Montreal.
