Elisabeth Bruyère

During the course of his pastoral visitation in early April, Bishop Phelan met with Fr. Telmon and Mother Bruyère in view of the canonical establishment of the small Community.  Through this official act, the Church would recognize the existence of this religious body as well as determine its obligations, rights and privileges.
