Who is an Associate?

Associates are persons who, without changing their state in life, their profession or trade, commit themselves officially to share in the spirituality and the mission of the Sisters of Charity of Ottawa according to the charism of compassion proper to the Congregation.

Who can become an Associate?

Any person who wishes to be united to the charism of compassion, to the spirituality of the Congregation and to its apostolic mission.

What is the spirituality of he Sisters of Charity of Ottawa?

Their spirituality

• consists in a constant relationship of trust and abandonment to God, Father and Providence;

• is expressed through the compassion drawn from the heart of the Father to love and serve the most disadvantaged.
